MUMBAI: Chum Darang, currently riding high on the success of Bigg Boss 18, took to Instagram to celebrate the third anniversary of Badhaai Do. She shared behind-the-scenes photos from the film’s set, offering a glimpse of the camaraderie shared between the cast members. In the pictures, Chum is seen posing with co-stars Bhumi Pednekar and Rajkummar Rao, capturing the joy and connection they had during filming.

In her heartfelt caption, Chum expressed pride in the film's success and its impact on audiences. She wrote, "Three years since Badhaai Do, and I couldn’t be prouder of the impact we made with this incredible film. This project will always hold a special place in my heart, not just for the story we told, but for my own personal growth through it."

Chum also thanked the Badhaai Do team, including Junglee Pictures, Vineet Jain, and Amrita Pandey, for trusting her with the role, and director Harshvardhan Kulkarni for his guidance. She praised Bhumi Pednekar as her "rock" and called Rajkummar Rao "phenomenal."

Directed by Harshvardhan Kulkarni, Badhaai Do explored the journey of two individuals, played by Bhumi and Rajkummar, who enter a marriage of convenience to conceal their sexual orientations. Chum’s role in the film was pivotal, and her performance resonated with audiences, highlighting the importance of diverse characters on screen.
