MUMBAI: Crew, the breezy Bollywood comedy that effortlessly combined crime, camaraderie, and humour, became an instant hit at the box office, winning the hearts of audiences and sparking demand for a sequel.
Directed by Rajesh Krishnan, the film starred Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon as three flight attendants who find themselves embroiled in a gold smuggling operation, delivering both laughs and thrills with their on-screen chemistry.
The success of Crew has prompted plans for Crew 2, with production reportedly in the early stages. Kareena Kapoor is confirmed to be returning for the sequel, much to the delight of her fans, though the fate of Tabu and Kriti Sanon’s characters remains uncertain.
