MUMBAI : We see nowadays a lot of biopics being made. Another one has gone on the floors and is in the making. It is of Sardar Patel. The movie will be bilingual; it will be released in Gujarati and Hindi.
The film is written and directed by Mihir Bhuta and produced by Mayur K Barot.
Mihir Bhuta is writer and director known for Lamboo Rastoo (2018), Maharath (1996) and Hara Hara Mahadeva (2016). Mayur Barot is known for Nawabzaade (2018).

As per sources, Sudeep Sarangi has bagged a pivotal role in the film. He will play the character of V. P. Menon, secretary to Sardar Patel. He played an important role during the partition of India alongside sardar Patel. V. P. Menon was an Indian civil servant who served as Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of the States, under Sardar Patel.
Sudeep Sarangi is an Indian actor who acts in Bengali, Hindi, and Tamil-language films and Hindi-language television shows. He is known for his role in Kaadhal Kondein. He was later offered roles in the Hindi television series Prithviraj Chauhan, Baba Aiso Varr Dhoondo, and Mahadev. He had a brief role in Sahara One's Haunted Nights.
