Hrithik Roshan confirms split with wife Sussanne

This was written on the wall. We saw it coming and it has finally happened. From their estranged behaviour and the amount of buzz created in the media pertaining to the split, industry veterans knew that love has gone sour between Hrithik Roshan and his wife Sussanne. And Tellychakkar.com has just received a media announcement from Hrithik’s manager which has confirmed their separation. This is what the statement read: “Sussanne has decided to separate from me and end our 17 yr relationship. This is a very trying time for the entire family and I request the media and the people to grant us our privacy at this time. I do not wish this news to disempower my fans and the people about the institution of marriage in any way. I am a firm believer in this institution and respect and honour it at the highest level... And Once again I thank my fans for all the concern and prayers for my health, my treatment is going well and I should be able to resume my life in every way very soon. Thank you.” Hrithik and Sussanne have two kids and only time will tell who will get the custody of them. The statement however does not talk about reason/reasons for the estrangement. But gossip mongers believe that element of faith withered in the relationship after Hrithik’s alleged affair with Kites actress Barbara Mori. Recently at events, Hrithik and Sussanne never posed together for the shutterbugs. Though Hrithik has come out open on the separation, we would anxiously wait to hear Sussanne talk as well. As of now, we wish both of them peace and happiness in the future!!!
