Jittery Huma Qureshi avoids media

Huma Qureshi may not be doing much professionally but her personal life continues to keep her in news. Recently, reports of her alleged engagement with director Abhishek Chaubey created some buzz around the pretty actress. And following the usual Bollywood norm, Huma denied all such reports and dismissed them as mere Bollywood gossip. She also took to Twitter to clarify that she is not engaged to anyone. Strangely, she avoided mentioning Abhishek's name in her tweet. However, ever since her engagement rumours have started doing the rounds, Huma seems to have gone on the back foot especially when it comes to interacting with the media. Yesterday, when she graced an event with cricketer Irfan Pathan, the beauty from Delhi decided to give the waiting media a quiet slip. Exiting when no one expected her to, Huma quickly rushed to her car and drove off without answering any of our queries. Interestingly, Huma followed the same pattern when she was spotted at the celeb premiere of Ek Villain. When electronic media channels chased Huma for a reaction on rumours of her alleged engagement with Abhishek, the jittery actress retained a shocked expression on her face and ran to find solace in the precincts of her car. Once inside the car, Huma appeared busy on her cell phone, thereby successfully dodging the media again. Wonder till when Huma will continue playing the cat and mouse game.
