MUMBAI: On Saturday, filmmaker Karan Johar celebrated his 52nd birthday. Tanya Dubash and Kajal Anand, two of Karan's friends, threw him a birthday celebration, according to the popular news portal reports. Actors Anil Kapoor and Kajol were among the many famous people who attended the celebration.

On social media, a number of the celebrities' photos and videos were posted. When Karan Johar drove up to the birthday location, he was dressed in all black. As the photographers took pictures of her, Kajol was spotted in her car. For the celebration, the actor sported a yellow and white costume. She had on sunglasses as well.
Film director and choreographer Farah Khan also joined the party. She was seen wearing a navy blue outfit for the event. Farah also wore several neckpieces and glasses. She waved at the paparazzi from her car.
Actor Anil Kapoor and his spouse Sunita Kapoor arrived at the function. Both were wearing black clothing in unison. Adar and Natasha Poonawalla were also present at the celebration. Adar was seen wearing all-white, while Natasha was dressed in white. Shakun Batra was seen attending the celebration in a black-and-white shirt and pants.
Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao will play the key parts in the forthcoming sports drama Mr. and Mrs. Mahi, which Karan is planning to produce. The movie is scheduled to release on May 31.
Additionally, he is producing an action-comedy with Sara Ali Khan and Ayushmann Khurrana. Karan Guneet Monga's Sikhya Entertainment will produce the movie as well. Guneet and Karan are reuniting for their third theatrical project. Aakash Kaushik is slated to direct the untitled movie.
