Mallika Sherawat's "Dirty Politics"

Just recently, Mallika Sherawat created a furor with her recent interview at Cannes where she mentioned that India was “regressive for women” and a “depressing” place to be. This exercise made her a talking point and all major social networking sites were inundated slamming her degradable comments on the women of India. This added another leaf to her cap which is full of controversies. Now, the actress who has shifted base to LA, is busy working on K C Bokadia’s forthcoming film Dirty Politics. The film has Mallika playing a village belle. Tweeted Mallika "Shooting for Dirty Politics.." Dirty Politics, that is inspired by the real-life case of Bhanwari Devi, a midwife who went missing in 2011 and the remnants of whose corpse were eventually found in early 2012, features Om Puri, Jackie Shroff, Anupam Kher and Ashutosh Rana.
