MUMBAI : Well-known Bollywood actor, Manoj Bajpayee’s mother Geeta Devi passed away today aged 80. Reports of her passing away were shared by Bajpayee’s spokesperson who said that she took her last breath at 8:30 am at the Max Pushpanjali Hospital. The actor’s mother was admitted to the hospital because of an illness caused due to age around 20 days prior, and passed away on Thursday morning (today).

The spokesperson shared that actor Manoj Bajpayee was with his mother during her last hours. Fans of the star took to social media and shared their heartfelt condolences on social media after the news was shared. One user tweeted, “Stay strong Manoj sir.” Another user tweeted, “May her soul rest in peace. Sending you strength sir.”
Geeta Devi is survived by three sons and three daughters. Actor Manoj Bajpayee had lost his father last year in October.
