Nusrat Jahan to play Shakuntala in Har Har Byomkesh

It seems that even though Bollywood people are becoming stars on their social networking sites, our Tollywood people are no less. Like Bollywood, the actors of Bengal are also thronging their social networking profiles with constant posts and pictures.

For example, the popular Bengali actress Nusrat Jahan, who rose to fame with Shotru opposite Jeet, has shared a picture of her upcoming movie “Har Har Byomkesh” on Facebook and Twitter to keep her fans updated.  And within hours, her picture has earned her more than 24k likes in facebook.

Clad in a graceful saree accompanied with pearl jewelleries, she is looking calm, composed, and elegant. Even we have fallen in love with this attire and of course the wearer.

Speaking about her look the beautiful lady said, “Initially, I was hesitant about my look as I have never tried such attire before but everybody assured me. And once I begun shooting for the movie, I started receiving appreciation from everyone”. 

Har Har Byomkesh, which is directed by Arindam Sil, features her in the role of Shakuntala.  And we must say that she absolutely suits the character written in the book Byomkesh Bakshi by Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay.
