MUMBAI: In the ongoing investigation of the pornography case linked to Shilpa Shetty's husband and businessman Raj Kundra, Mumbai's Crime Branch has found a 'hidden cupboard'.
As per a leading news agency, the cupboard was found during the searches conducted at Kundra's Viaan and JL Stream office in the Andheri region. Their tweet read, "Crime Branch has found a hidden cupboard in actor Shilpa Shetty's husband & businessman Raj Kundra's Viaan and JL Stream office in Mumbai's Andheri during searches in connection with a pornography case: Mumbai Police".
On Friday, after the businessman's judicial custody was extended till July 27, the Mumbai police recorded Shilpa's statement and even conducted raids at the couple's Juhu bungalow. Shilpa reportedly said in her statement that her husband is innocent and was not aware of the content available on Kundra's mobile app Hotshots.

Kundra was arrested on July 19 for allegedly 'creating' and 'publishing' pornographic films on the mobile app.
As per other reports, a source close to Mumbai Police informed that Shilpa refuted her connection to Kundra's Hotshots app. She also mentioned that erotica is different from porn.
Meanwhile, Kundra also filed a petition in Bombay High Court after his bail plea was rejected. He claimed that his name was not mentioned in the original F.I.R. and that his arrest is 'illegal'.
Kundra is currently in Byculla Jail in Mumbai, where the police took him after they conducted raids at his residence on Saturday. He has been booked under sections 420 (cheating), 34 (common intention), 292, and 293 (related to obscene and indecent advertisements and displays) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) besides relevant sections of the IT Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act.
The investigation is still underway.
