MUMBAI: Allu Arjun, a superstar, was warmly welcomed in Hyderabad after winning his first National Award. At the 69th National Film Awards, which were held in Delhi earlier this week, Allu Arjun took home the Best Actor award for his performance in Pushpa: The Rise - Part 1. Along with his wife Sneha Reddy, Allu Arjun attended the National Award event.

The actor was greeted with dhols, flowers, and a sea of fans on his return to Hyderabad on Wednesday as they joined him in celebrating his significant achievement. Several of his social media fan accounts posted the images and videos that are currently going viral.

Allu Arjun uploaded a picture from his joyous moment after collecting his award and noted on Instagram, "Honoured to receive the National Award. I want to thank the jury, the ministry, and the Government of India, for this recognition. This award is not only a personal milestone but belongs to all people who have supported and cherished our cinema. Thank you, Sukumar B garu. You are the reason behind my achievement."

In addition, Allu Arjun posted pictures of himself with Waheeda Rehman, the recipient of the Dada Saheb Phalke Award, and Best Actress winners Alia Bhatt and Kriti Sanon. He added, "It was a lifetime experience to witness Shri Waheeda Rehman ji win the Dadasaheb Phalke Award. More than 6 decades of career in films. Truly inspiring. It was an absolute pleasure to see dear Alia Bhatt win this award. Iconic performance for an iconic film. Truly deserving and many more... It was a pleasure having the company of dear Kriti Sanon.
