MUMBAI: Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film Pathan is being talked about for several reasons. It’s his first project after three years and his reunion with Deepika Padukone with whom he has given blockbusters like Om Shanti Om, Chennai Express and Happy New Year. People want to know everything about the film.

According to reports on an online portal, Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer Pathan’s sets witnessed some major drama recently. There was a huge fight on the set which involved the film’s director Siddharth Anand and his assistant director. Apparently, according to reports, Siddharth Anand is known to be quite temperamental on the set and having his way during the filming of his film. That particular day he was not happy with the way his assistant was behaving and also despite several warnings to keep their cellphones away from the set, the AD kept roaming around with his phone. This led to a major argument between the two. Things seemed to have cooled down but it was unfortunately only for some time.

The report further states that after the minor showdown, the team took a break and that’s when Siddharth heard that the assistant was not ready to calm down and was heard bad-mouthing him on the set. The filmmaker decided that there is no reason to stay calm anymore. He walked up to him and slapped him hard across his face. The assistant, in turn, slapped him back and there was a major showdown on the set. The shooting had to be stalled immediately. However, the cast and the crew were ready to shoot from the following day at YRF and the assistant was fired.
