MUMBAI : It's essential that we begin having more open and honest discussions about mental health, especially in today’s society. The lingering stigma surrounding mental health issues often prevents individuals from seeking help or even acknowledging their struggles. Mental health is just as crucial as physical health, and neglecting it can lead to long-term consequences that impact not only the individual but also their families, friends, and communities.

Only through openness and mutual support can we truly combat the stigma and make a difference in the lives of those struggling
