MUMBAI: Bollywood celebrities are always in the public eye. From their films and public appearances to their private affairs, there is hardly any part of their lives that is not under constant scrutiny.
A public figure gains a lot of fame, positive attention, and fan following but also has to bear the brunt of the trolling that takes place on social media.
A lot of people use social media to voice their opinions: the good, bad, and ugly.
While some use it in a better way by sharing constructive feedback, ideas, and ideologies, a small section simply sees it as an opportunity to spew negativity. And we all know that celebrities are an easy target for social media trolls.
