MUMBAI: Priyanka Chopra is well-known for being an active real estate investor. According to the most recent rumors, her family has leased the Pune bungalow they own. An agreement has been made between Priyanka's brother, Siddharth Chopra, and mother, Madhu Chopra, and The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited, a co-living and co-working company.

Priyanka Chopra's family has rented out their bungalow in Koregaon Park, Pune, to The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited, according to a report published in the popular news portal based on records obtained by Zapkey.  The co-living and co-working company reportedly paid a security deposit of Rs 6 lakhs, and the monthly rent price was set at Rs 2.06 lakhs, according to the Leave and Licence agreement that Madhu and Siddharth Chopra signed.

The documents also suggest the bungalow's plot size is 3754 sq ft. The built-up area on the ground floor is 2180 sq ft. The garden area spans 2232 sq ft, and a basement area of 950 sq ft is also there. Apart from all this, there's a parking area of 400 sq ft.

Meanwhile, The Sun US reported recently that Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas were all set to move into their newly renovated USD 20 million Los Angeles mansion. The couple was forced to move out of the property due to mold issues.

Priyanka is currently shooting for Heads Of State, an upcoming action comedy starring Idris Elba, John Cena, and Jack Quaid, among others, in important roles. The film is being made under the creative direction of Ilya Naishuller.

Earlier this month, the actress revealed plans for The Bluff, another project. The director will be Frank E. Flowers.

Priyanka worked as a narrator for the Disneynature documentary Tiger, which has recently been released. Additionally, she has supported the controversial documentary Women of My Billion (WOMB). The documentary, which will be released on May 3, will focus on the battles and hardships faced by Indian women.

In the meantime, many are excitedly awaiting her return to Bollywood. Alongside Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif, she was supposed to act in Farhan Akhtar's Jee Le Zara, but there hasn't been any news in a while.
