Raksha Bandhan 2024: Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Shweta writes, ‘Look you have filled so many hearts’ as she remembers him

MUMBAI: Shweta Singh Kirti, the elder sister of the late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, paid tribute to her "lovely brother" on Raksha Bandhan, describing him as both a wonderful performer and a terrific person. Shweta posted a compilation Reel video on Instagram that includes old photos and short clips of Sushant. The video also includes a ton of fan photos.

Taking to Instagram, Shweta shared a montage video of her brother and wrote, “Haapy Rakhshabandhan my dear brother, you were not only a great artist but a great human to begin with. Look you have filled so many hearts with so much love. I wish to to do the same and follow on your footsteps of spreading love and joy in the world.

The late actor participated in television series that included "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 4," "Zara Nachke Dikha," and "Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil." His most well-known role is that of Manav from the television series "Pavitra Rishta." As Archana, Ankita Lokhande starred in the show.

Ankita and him were once romantically involved, however they broke up in 2016.

Sushant appeared in the Abhishek Kapoor-directed buddy sports drama "Kai Po Che!" in 2013. Amit Sadh and Rajkummar Rao appeared in the movie. He has more appearances in the films PK, Raabta, and Shuddh Desi Romance.

The biographical sports film 'M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story' (2016), which was directed and co-written by Neeraj Pandey, featured him in the lead role. Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the former captain of the Indian national cricket team in Test, ODI, and T20 cricket, served as the inspiration for the film. Anupam Kher, Kiara Advani, and Disha Patani were also in the movie.

Sushant also starred in the films "Sonchiriya," "Chhichhore," and "Drive."

Sushant's posthumous release was the 2020 coming-of-age tragic romance film "Dil Bechara," which was directed by Mukesh Chhabra. Sanjana Sanghi played a dying cancer patient in it.
