MUMBAI : Since its announcement, Ranbir Kapoor's Ramayana has been in the news. Although the formal casting of the movie has not yet been confirmed, it is thought that Ranbir Kapoor would play Lord Rama. Television's hottie Ravie Dubey will portray Lord Lakshman, while Sai Pallavi will play the role of queen Sita.

Indira Krishnan, who will be playing Kaushalya in the movie, tweeted a photo of Ravie Dubey taken on the sets of the magnum opus. After praising the actor and describing him as one of the most modest actors she had ever met, Indira shared this photo. Ravie was also dragged by the actress, who requested him to remember the place the next time.
Actress Indira shares a picture with Ravi and wrote, “When smiles meet its worth the friendship....@ravidubey2312 ur one humble and most vibrant actor I met ....and Haan next time dnt miss the location.”
Ravie, who plays Lakshman in the movie, is well-known for his roles in a number of TV series, such as Jamai Raja. With the television series Udaariyan, which starred Ankit Gupta, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, and Isha Malviya in the lead roles, the actor had also become a producer.
Nitesh Tiwari is the director of the Ramayana, which stars Yash from KGF as Ravana and Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, and Ravie Dubey as Ram, Sita, and Lakshman. Additionally, according to reports, Sunny Deol will portray Lord Hanuman, while Rakulpreet Singh will portray Surpanakha.
