MUMBAI: Rendezvous with Simi Garewal, one of the most iconic talk shows of the 1990s and early 2000s, is all set to make a comeback.
Known for its elegant format and intimate conversations, the show welcomed celebrated actors, political figures, and eminent personalities, quickly becoming a favourite with audiences across the nation.
The original run came to an end around 2003–2004, after which Simi returned in 2010 with India’s Most Desirable, a show that also garnered much attention.
Now, after years away from the small screen, Simi Garewal is preparing to return with a brand-new season of Rendezvous.

The news was revealed by filmmaker Rakesh Roshan during a chat on Farah Khan’s YouTube channel, where he shared that Simi had personally called him to inform him of her comeback. He also mentioned that some actors have already begun making rather unusual demands ahead of their appearances.
While details about the platform and format are yet to be officially announced, an official confirmation is expected soon.
Fans of the celebrated host can look forward to the revival of a show that redefined celebrity interviews in India.
