MUMBAI : The last time we saw Bigg Boss 9 contestant Rimi Sen on television was quite some time ago. She has made news, nevertheless, after the actress filed a Rs. 50 crore lawsuit against a car manufacturer. According to the reports, she has also sent Rimi a legal notice addressed to Subhamitra Sen. It describes the actress from Garam Masala's ongoing problems with the automakers.

The former Bigg Boss 9 contestant has reportedly sent a warning to Jaguar Land Rover, Navnit Motors, and Satish Motors, as per news reports. Speaking of the information in the complaint, on August 25, 2022, Rimi Sen's car collided with a pillar from the rear end because the rear-end camera was failing once more. The actress filed the complaint alleging that "Opposite Party No.1" ignored her issues and has only shown ignorance, rudeness, and bad manners.
The report also clarifies how, since Rimi began driving the vehicle, Opposite Party No. 1 had taken it over ten times for maintenance. The complaint asserts that the car hasn't been fully fixed despite being brought in for repairs numerous times. Rimi is seeking compensation of Rs 50 crores and claims to have been subjected to mental abuse, according to a section of the civil case. The Kyon Ki actress is also requesting an additional Rs 10 lakhs to cover her legal costs.
Rimi said, “I was absolutely disappointed with the car company and its services. Worst was their attitude towards their customer. I bumped into a pillar but it easily could have been a human being.”
Rimi explained that she deserves the Rs 50 crores in compensation she has requested from the vehicle firm, citing the anguish she has experienced as justification. She added that she and her attorney are actively handling the issue and stated her hope for justice.
