Ruslaan day 8: Aayush Sharma and Sushrii Mishraa starrer sees a dip before weekend

Well, the movie has finally hit the theatres and the audience are giving it some positive reviews. Meanwhile, let’s look at the business aspect of the movie to see how much the movie earned.

MUMBAI: Ruslaan, starring Aayush Sharma, Jagapathi Babu, Sushrii Mishraa, and Vidya Malvade is directed by Karan L. Butani and produced by Sri Satya Sai Arts. The movie has hit the theatres and it also features a cameo role of Suniel Shetty.

Aayush Sharma has always impressed us with his amazing performances be it his performance in ‘Loveyatri’ or in ‘Antim: The Final Truth’. The actor gained recognition right from his debut movie ‘Loveyatri’ wherein he was paired opposite Warina Hussain. For the unversed, he is Salman Khan's brother-in-law.

The audience was quite intrigued by the announcement of the movie ‘Ruslaan’ as it looked like the perfect action-packed entertainer. The movie started to trend right after the makers released its teaser because the audience really loved the glimpse of it and so even after the trailer was released, the movie started trend on social media. The action in the teaser was praised, and the menacing feelings were evident. Sushrii Mishraa, who made her debut as a tough female character, was also getting a lot of appreciation in addition to Aayush Sharma.

The movie hit the theatres on 26th April and the audience gave it some positive reviews. Meanwhile, we have been tracking the business aspect of the movie to see how much the movie is earning.

The opening day collection of the movie was Rs 0.6 Cr. This wasn’t a bad amount at all and the release of Ruslaan has also affected the collections of previously released movies which are still running in theatres.

It’s been 8 days since the movie has been released. The day 8 collection of the movie was around Rs 0.07 Cr while the worldwide collection of the movie was around Rs 4.75 Cr. Since this is the second Friday, its one week collection is around Rs 4 Cr.

According to the collections so far, the movie performed well on Sunday. It’ll be interesting to see how it performs on this weekend.
