MUMBAI: The trailer of the much-awaited biopic of Indian badminton player Saina Nehwal is finally launched today, after a long wait of the fans, the trailer is finally out, recently we have seen the teaser of the movie getting much love from the fans also with the look of the actress as Saina.

Today at the trailer event held in Mumbai, present were the cast of the movie, the leading lady, Parineeti Chopra along with, director Amole Gupte, Eshan Naqvi, Naishaa (plays young Saina) with producers Sujay Jayraj, Rasesh Shah. The cast members expressed their excitement on sharing the trailer with the audiences, and spoke on their journey of making this movie.

Actress Parineeti Chopra on playing Saina on screen reveals that she had to go through 5 to 6 months of rigorous training to learn the basics of the game badminton and still she managed to do what the vision of the director was, she also revealed that it was a huge opportunity for her play such a big Indian Name on screen, and she has given her 100 percent for the preparation and says if she could pull the 1 percent also of Saina, her journey is successful, indeed we have seen the efforts of the actress on her physique and her look from the trailer itself, and the actress is looking very much into the character.

Director Amole Gupte expressed his excitement on presenting the trailer of the movie on a very special day, Women’s day and shared how the movie was about to close 4 times in the past but how the entire team did not give up and managed to complete the movie with full excitement. Adding further he said, this movie is a small tribute to Saina Nehwal and all her mentors.
