MUMBAI: It is always a treat to watch Salman Khan during Eid every year. In the last few years, we have seen the actor ruling the box office with his blockbusters during the festival of Eid. His film Bodyguard released in 2011 and was loved by fans all over the globe. It also featured Kareena Kapoor and was a remake of the director's own 2010 Mollywood film of the same name starring Dileep and Nayantara.
The movie went to become one of the most loved movies of Bhaijaan, but did you know that Shatrughan Sinha was offered the role of Kareena Kapoor's father in the film? However, he reportedly declined the role saying that he only wanted to play a father to daughter Sonakshi in the film. Later, Raj Babbar was signed for the role.
