Sail in an affidavit alleged that when he was the bodyguard of KP Gosavi, an NCB witness, he heard Gosavi discussing a Rs. 25 Crore deal after Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB officials, according to a report in PTI.
Tushar Khandare’s statement after Sail’s death
Tushar after the death of Prabhar Sail, asserted that nothing would happen to the case. While interacting with a portal, Tushar revealed that Sail was unable to find a job because of his involvement in the drug case. Sail being the only earning member in the family, his family was totally reliant on him and hence Sail underwent a lot of pressure. Khandare said, “He was jobless and we had tried to fix up a job for him. We had done one movement for him but he was not given the job because he was involved in the drugs case. They told him, ‘we cannot hire you’,”.
Tushar also shared that, considering Sail’s financial situation, he would help him with some money, as his family had zero income. “They’re all are helpless and have no source of income,” Tushar said.
