MUMBAI: Jyoti Deshpande, Reliance Industries' Media and Content Head arrived at IFFI 2024 which took place in Goa. Heading some strong projects, it is obvious that Jio Studios had a wonderful time this year.

The movie became the highest grossing movie in India and it was completely unexpected. Maddock’s Horror-comedy universe has just begun it seems as there are many more characters being introduced and fans are eager to see what the upcoming movies have in store for them.
Jyoti Deshpande talked about the upcoming movies, characters and gave some insights saying, “I would say it's a Marvel, more than the Avengers, I would say the Maddock’s horror-comedy universe is like Marvel where we build all these characters and you got it. The characters are bigger than the stars. We want the characters to outlive, any star, and theyfeed off each other. I think, as the universe grows every year, you should see at least one film from that universe.”
