Munjya

Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, this upcoming horror-comedy movie stars Sharvari, Abhay Verma, Mona Singh and Sathyaraj. The story of the movie is based on an Indian folklore and there is a belief that Munjya exists even in real life and can be found in rural parts of the country. However, many consider it a myth. The movie is all set to hit the big screens on 7th June.

Blackout

Directed by Devang Bhavsar, the thriller-comedy stars Mouni Roy, Vikrant Massey, and Sunil Grover. The movie is going to be JioCinema release and will be available to stream from 7th June.

Chandu Champion

Directed by Kabir Khan, this movie stars Kartik Aaryan who will play the role of Chandu Champion who is a real life character. The movie will show us an unseen journey and series of struggles in the life of Chandu, a sportsman who aimed of being a village champion, got his place in the Indian Army and unfortunately got shot during the 1965 war. The movie is set to hit the big screens on 14th June.

Maharaj

Directed by Siddharth P Malhotra, this movie marks the debut of Aamir Khan’s son, Junaid Khan. The movie also stars Jaideep Ahlawat, Sharvari, and Shalini Pandey. This YRF movie is set in the year 1862, when there were only 3 universities in the countries. Junaid Khan will play the role of a journalist. The movie will be Netflix release and will be available to stream from 14th June.

Ishq Vishk Rebound

Directed by Nipun Dharmadhikari, this college romance movie shows the modern love, relationship and their complexities. The stars Jibraan Khan, Pashmina Roshan, Rohit Saraf and Naila Grrewal. This movie comes as a sequel to the 2003 cult coming-of-age film Ishq Vishk which starred Shahid Kapoor, Amrita Rao and Shenaz Treasurywala. The movie is all set to hit the theatres on 21st June.

Kalki 2898 AD – 27 June

Directed by Nag Ashwin and produced by Ashwini Dutt, this movie is considered to be one of the biggest releases of this year. The movie stars Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Disha Patani, and Kamal Haasan. It was reported once that even Ss Rajamouli is going to be a part of the movie doing a cameo role. The movie is set to hit the theatres on 27th June.
