When Esha Gupta was called 'Gareebo ko Angelina Jolie'

MUMBAI: Celebrities are always judged for how they look. It is a part ad parcel of the entertainment industry.

However, recently, Esha Gupta landed herself is a soup when she entered the acting industry and there were comparisions made with the Hollywood star Angelina Jolie.

There were many trolls and some were nasty where people commented that she is 'Gareebo ko Angelina Jolie'. According to media reports, this used to annoy her. SHe even admitted to seeing some similarities too. On the trolls, she was quoted, " People would call me, ‘Oh…gareebon ki Angelina Jolie (the poor man’s Angelina Jolie).’ And, I used to say, ‘Yeah, but you’re calling yourself gareeb (poor) there.’ I’m not saying that, I did not ask to look like this, it’s my parents’ production and I look like this.”
