Rashmi Desai who plays Tapasya in Uttaran has apparently joined the Ramzan festivities. And though she isn’t a Muslim, she doesn’t mind enjoying the festival with her neighbours. The actress has been a busy girl for quite some time with all the work but whenever she is back home early she spends time with a particular Muslim family as they break their fast and indulge in iftaar goodies. Says Rashmi, “Yes, sometimes after packing up from my shoot I spend time with a Muslim family in my building. When they break the fast, I too eat the delicious spread they have. I will be going to their house even today around seven." Not just this she also makes dishes for them whenever she is free, "Sometimes I also prepare something for them.” Looks like Rashmi believes in being truly secular!
