Akshat Singh eliminated from Jhalak 7

Small wonder Akshat Singh took the audience by storm with his cartwheel and leg splits in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa season 7 (Colors). With his high on energy and enigmatic performances, he managed to be one of the top performers almost every week but sadly, he is now eliminated from the contest. In conversation with Akshat, he spoke about his performance and journey in the show. Said Akshat, “It was all together a wonderful journey. Initially, I knew only Bollywood dancing but now I know so many other forms. I entered the show to entertain the masses and cheer them and I have successfully achieved it. I was the closest to Kiku (Sharda) and will miss him.” Akshat being the highest scorer in so many episodes we wondered about the reason behind his sudden elimination? Did Colors plan the elimination, given the fact that Akshat is a kid and no kid has won the coveted title in its previous seasons? Justifying the same, Akshat stated, “Colors has given me a platform to showcase my talent. First India’s Got Talent then Comedy Nights With Kapil and now Jhalak. I am certain that this elimination was not rigged. “ Elaborating further on his plans of taking up something fresh the young lad quipped, “Let’s see, if Salman (Khan) Bhai offers me an opportunity in a movie I will make it on the big screen. I would also like to accompany him as a host in Bigg Boss season 8.” Akshat rocks!!!
