Versatile actor Daya Shankar Pandey needs no introduction!! He’s a man with a bag full of experience in Bollywood, with movies like Aankhen, Makdee, Gangajal, Swades, Lagaan and many more to his credit.
He’s doing a fabulous job as Inspector Chaloo Pandey in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah when needed. His last longer stint on TV was as the aggressive Tauji to Vibhor in & TV’s Badii Devrani.
Now, the man has been roped in for Panorama Entertainment’s upcoming show on Star Plus, which will dwell on the lifestyle and family values of two families.
Daya Shankar, we hear will be playing the patriarch in the boys’ family. Again, he will have a power-packed role.
Our source states, “Daya Shankar Pandey has shot for the pilot of the show, and will be essaying a prime role.”
When contacted, Daya Shankar told us, “Yes, I have shot for the pilot. It is a Star Plus show, and I am always honoured to be part of the channel.”
