Looks like there's some good news in store for Virat-Anushka fans! The couple, who has been battling breakup rumours, has patched up...well, at least that's what a popular entertainment site says. According to the site, Anushka Sharma apparently called up her former beau Virat Kohli to congratulate him on his epic performance in the recent India-Pakistan Asia Cup T20 match that India won. "Anushka called to congratulate Virat after his brilliant performance on field during the India versus Pakistan match," a source has confirmed it to the entertainment site. The striking twosome, who publicly declared their love a while back and were seen indulging in PDA many times, had disappeared from shutterbugs’ radar, sparking rumours of a split. The rumours started doing the rounds when a fan observed that the actress and her cricketer beau had unfollowed each other from their Instagram accounts. While it was said to be a technical glitch, it was rumoured to be the first sign of trouble between the duo. According to a gossip site, Virat apparently wanted to settle down this year, while Anushka wanted to concentrate on her career as an actress-producer. A source told the gossip portal, "Anushka wants to focus on work in 2016, both as an actress and a producer. She would like to wait till 2017 at least. This led to a fight between Virat and her, and they’re not on great terms now." The two, who met while filming for an advert, initially denied being a pair. But spoke at length about their love for each other at a media gathering. Let’s hope that they sort out their issues and reconcile soon. We would hate to see the vivacious lovebirds go their separate ways, no?
