Amal Sehrawat who essays the role of Sangram Singh, brother to Tara in Star Plus’ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (Director’s Kut) had a memorable Holi shoot for the show.
We say it was memorable because the guy adapted to a unique way of playing with colours. Instead of playing with all the shades, Amal decided to choose only the ‘silver’ colour to play Holi.
Yes, and the result of it was that Amal put up the silver colour all over his face, to bring up some uniqueness.
Says Amal, “I simply enjoyed playing Holi in the show. As for my character Sangram, the man looked so scary in his silver avatar, that people got scared to get near him (laughs). However, at the end of the celebration, Sangram did remove the silver hue off, hopeful of getting his perfect match.”
