Fresh update: Rahul Raj Singh booked for abetment of suicide

Pratyusha Banerjee murder mystery has taken a new turn. The latest reports coming in suggest that Pratyusha’s mom, Soma Banerjee has registered a F.I.R at Bangur Nagar police station against Rahul. As per the reports, Rahul has been booked under section 306, 504, 506 and 303 of IPC. He has been charged with abetment to suicide along with charges like intentional insult to provoke breach of the peace, punishment for murder by life convict and criminal intimidation. Our source suggests that Rahul’s medical condition has deteriorated with the accused being shifted to ICU once again, however he is set to be arrested soon.
