Sheikh Rezwan Rabbani and his Eid tales

Sheikh Rezwan Rabbani

Talented actor Sheikh Rezwan Rabbani, who mesmerized the audiences by portraying the role of Bihari in Zee Bangla's Chokher Bali and currently busy with shooting for the film E Tumi Kemon Tumi, says that the occasion of Eid is close to his heart and he feels bad when it gets over.

Recollecting fond memories of his childhood, the actor shared with Tellychakkar.com, “During my childhood days, on this occasion (Eid), my father, my little brother and I would visit mosque to offer namaaz and later gorge on lachha paratha at home.”

“Now, I visit the mosque with my friends and my brother also joins us,” he added.

The actor said that he usually keeps the month long fast but this year couldn’t do so as he was not keeping well.

“Every year I keep fast but this year I had to skip as I was bedridden for a month. I was suffering from viral fever and many other health issues. I am recovering now,” he said.

So, what are your plans this year? He replied, “If it does not rain in the morning, I will surely go to Red Road to offer namaaz.  In the afternoon, will stay at home and relish whatever my mom prepares be it biryani or lachha paratha.”

“Eid is incomplete without Salman Khan’s film. We, total of 26 guys, will catch his latest release Sultan in the night show. We have already booked the tickets. After that, we will satiate our hunger with dhaba food,” he added with a smile.

The actor also shared that he loves to wear his pathani suits on Eid.

“I love wearing pathani suits on this occasion and every year I try different colours. I have already tried blue, yellow, pink. This year I will wear plain white coloured pathani suit,” he signed off.

Have a great day, Rezwan.
