Right when we saw Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone indulge in a bit of PDA at the recently concluded IIFA Awards, here comes his ‘wife’, author Nikita Singh.
Well, well, Deepu has nothing to worry about as the best-selling author only harbours a major crush on Deepu’s rumoured boyfriend as Nikita considers Ranveer as her husband “in heart”.
While describing her love of cricketer Hardik Pandya to a site, Nikita was told about his marital status, she then apparently changed her response and called herself Ranver’s wife.
When reminded about his rumoured relationship, she quipped, “"I know and I don't care, because my husband is Ranveer Singh. He's the love of my life," she added to the site.
She also said, “One of my friends knows him and he asked me, 'You do know that he;'s very happy in his relationship, right?' And I was like, 'But in my heart, he's my husband and I am very happy that way, you understand? Why would you take that away from me?”
She has penned down many popular books, including If It's Not Forever, Love@Facebook, Right Here Right Now, and Like A Love Song, among others.
