Peter Vaughan, Game of Thrones, star passes away

It’s indeed a sad day for fans of HBO’s flagship show Game of Thrones. As one of the integral characters of the series Maester Aemon aka Peter Vaughan has passed away at the age of 93.
The talented artist, known for his work in Porridge, Citizen Smith, and Chancer, among others, died peacefully in his sleep, his agent told an international tabloid.
The agent added, "This is to confirm that very sadly Peter Vaughan passed away at approximately 10.30 this morning."
The dashing actor was married to actress Billie Whitelaw for over a decade, before falling for Lillias Walker. Here’s praying that his soul rests in peace.
