Ridhi Dogra reveals her Fitness mantra!

Meet fitness freak Ridhi Dogra from Zee TV's Woh Apna Sa

Versatile actress Ridhi Dogra is earning rave reviews for her portrayal of the ever-so-evil Nisha in Zee TV’s Woh…Apna Sa. The actress isn’t only a dedicated performer, but also a fitness fanatic. The lady ensures that she doesn’t miss out on her workout schedule even if she is shooting! Apart from being a fitness freak, Ridhi is a dance therapist and a strict yoga follower. As a part of being an all-rounder, Ridhi strongly advocates the benefits of fitness and regularly working out. Her fabulous and fit form is a result of an extremely disciplined diet and a strenuous workout routine.

Talking about her fitness mantra, Ridhi says, “Fitness is very important not just to look good, but feel good too. The chemicals that our body releases during a workout are important to keep you happy and bright which makes you more active and less lethargic. The pain which I feel during and post workout makes the workout worth. Workout brings with it added benefits of glowing skin, agility and all round health. She further adds, “When you are working out you automatically adopt healthier habits and look after yourself. I love working out and constantly challenge myself physically. Additionally, no matter what, I make sure that I stick to normal home-cooked Indian food. I would advise everybody to start with any form of workout which they can love and sustain”.

Well that’s not all, Ridhi shares a couple of fitness tips for all her fans and those are.

Finish the last meal of your day before 7PM.

A 45-minute workout which includes a mix of weight training and cardio.

Weight training can be done using weight or your own body weight to build resistance.

One hour walk daily in order to boost your metabolism.

Skipping in intervals throughout the day can help you shed some extra calories.
