Kaif was invited by the channel to be a part of their slum clean-up drive but the actress had to back out at the nth hour due to her health woes. According to sources from the channel, Kaif has informed the channel of her inability to fulfill the commitment due to health issues. The channel had now roped in actress Narayani Shastri and Shonali Nagrani to up the glam quotient.

Informs a source from the show, “Katrina was almost on but her health has deteriorated considerably in the recent past. And so she has opted out. Narayani Shastri and Shonali Nagrani, who were seen in Khatron ke Khiladi were last minute replacements. Though we were aware of Katrina’s frail health we kept thinking that the actress would make it till we were informed yesterday that she had backed out.” We sent a text message to Zarina Mehta, CEO Bindass, but she didn’t revert.
