MUMBAI: Celebrity stylist Neha Mahajan’s striking vision for fashion is visible in her selection of silhouettes and colour palette, which she uses for styling outfits for different celebs. Names like Shivangi Joshi, Surbhi Jyoti, and Shraddha Arya have carried her outfits with great élan. She has helped groom many.
It was Neha's birthday yesterday, and as we reported, her husband and actor Adhivik gifted her a Mercedes and threw a surprise bash too.
For the party held in suburban Mumbai, Neha, who is a fashion designer, dressed to impress in a Nikhita Tandon label inspired by an outfit Kiara Advani wore for an occasion.

We buzzed Neha to know more about her special birthday moments and her dress. She happily shared, ‘Being a Punjabi, I love dressing up. And I follow the rule “Dress how you want to be addressed.” Being a celebrity makeup artist and a celebrity stylist, people have certain expectations from me because if I don’t dress well myself, how can others trust me for themselves? And by God’s grace, all the actresses I style trust me blindly when it comes to styling or makeup as they know me and my work and that I am good at it.’
‘For my birthday, I wanted a particular look in which I would look glamorous but be comfortable at the same time, because I knew the party would go on until the wee hours. So I opted for a red draped outfit from Nikhita Tandon, who is an extremely talented designer. Her outfits are flaunted by a lot of Bollywood and TV celebrities. What’s best about her collection is it’s trendy, stylish, and comfy to wear too.’
‘I chose this one-piece dress from her latest collection, because I felt it was apt for the occasion. It was hot and sexy in terms of the cut and colour. As it was my day, I wanted to look different and wanted to be highlighted. That’s what the outfit did. I paired it up with crystal encrusted dangler earrings and a hand cuff with hair tied sleekly into a messy bun. In terms of makeup, I kept my eyes smokey rose gold with nude lips to go with it.’
