MUMBAI: Zee TV will soon launch its new supernatural thriller titled Aghori. The show is produced by Essel Vision and will feature Gaurav Chopra, Parag Tyagi, and Simran Kaur in the lead roles.
According to our sources, Parag and Gaurav both will be seen in the roles of an Aghori.
As per the plot, Kamakshi (Simran) is blessed with a special power. If she scarifies her life in front of an Aghori, the person becomes immortal. Hence, Rudranath (Parag) tries every possible way to influence Kamakshi.
We recently reported about Paras Chhabra being roped in for the show to play a positive Aghori (read here: Paras Chhabra roped in for Zee TV’s Aghori).
We have now learned that TV actress Drishti Chopra has joined the cast of Aghori. She will be seen opposite Paras in the show.
We could not get through to Drishti for her comment.
The show will also feature actors namely Eva Grover, Charu Mehra, Malhar Pandya, Poulmi Das, and Salman Shaikh.
