MUMBAI: The ongoing track of Yeh Hai Chahatein is high on drama.

It was earlier seen that Saaransh falls from tree and starts bleeding.

In the upcoming episodes, Rajeev witness the situation and immediately rushes to hospital. Wheras Rajeev  called Prisha to hospital for the treatment of Saaransh.

However while making a talk with Doctor who had performed Mahima 's delivery  , Rajeev overhear the word of Prisha and Doctor that  that Saaransh is Rajeev and Mahima’s son.

Rajeev gets heart broken  and recalls the bitterly thinking that he had lost Mahima forever

It will be interesting to see if Yuvraj lets Rajeev and Saaransh unite.
