Directed by Amrit Raj, Operation MBBS chronicles the lives of three first-year students, Nishant, Sakshi and Huma who come from diverse backgrounds harbouring unsaid dreams of their own, and how they come together to survive in one of India’s best MBBS colleges. The first episode introduces us to the main characters, and their first few weeks of college, interactions with quirky and unique classmates and seniors and how the three meet fighting to lay claim over an original boneset followed by playing pranks on each other, and eventually become friends, only to journey the most difficult race of their lives, of graduating as a doctor. In addition, the series has been loved by the college-going audience at large. We’ve crossed 3 million views in 3 days with excellent watch times. Our brand partner Unacademy has also received an extremely positive response. On the marketing front, we have Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi plastered with billboards. There is a huge digital buzz as well, with pretty much all the big digital celebs posting so much love for the series. We look forward to continuing this trend in our future episodes!
