MUMBAI: Singer-songwriter Armaan Malik launched his debut English single today. The single marks his first English-language song and first release on Arista Records. Armaan collaborated with Wayne Wilkins (Natasha Bedingfield, Beyoncé) for the song.
The song is titled ‘Control’, has been directed by Bobby Hanaford, and features Brooke Maroon.
Armaan gained immense popularity with songs like Tu Hawa, Naina, Hua Hai Aaj Pehli Baar, Sau Aasman, and Dil Mein Tum Ho.
'Control is a song that describes the push and pull feeling of being trapped in a controlling relationship and how confusing it can be to not only want in but also want out. It’s inspired by relationships I’ve seen around me,' says the 24-year-old singer-songwriter.
