Sanjivani fame Namit Khanna came to Mumbai to pursue THIS profession

MUMBAI: The frightening COVID-19 pandemic may be creating such a change now—by forcing many celebrities to slow down, to spend more time in personal reflection, away from the noise and heave of the world.

The lockdown has paved the way for actors to take up different activities that they wouldn’t do otherwise because of the hectic schedules. In a LIVE session with a leading media channel, Sanjivani fame Namit Khanna spoke about landing in Mumbai to pursue something other than acting.

He said, “I came to Mumbai to become a model and explore every dimension of that field. I’ve been in the city for around 8 to 10 years and I’ve been in the modelling field and did almost everything related to the same; walked for big brands, did many shows and travelled around for work and after investing so many years into the field, I realised, I have exhausted the opportunities in the same. I had reached the saturation point and that’s when I decided to expand my horizons and try something else other than modelling. Acting was on my mind because I’d got many offers and that’s how I pursued acting”.
