Lauren Gottlieb shares the chats she had with Late Sushant Singh Rajput on social media

MUMBAI: Bollywood star Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide has left the entire nation numb. The 34-year-old actor was found hanging from his ceiling fan at his Bandra residence on 14 June and his last rites were performed at the Pawan Hans crematorium a day later, amid heavy downpour. The funeral was attended by his family, who travelled from Patna, and a few friends from the film and television industry. His ashes were immersed in the Ganga river on 18 June by his father K K Singh, his two sisters and other family members.

Unlike most Bollywood stars, Sushant did not come from a film family and struggled his way to the top.

After making it big on TV with Pavitra Rishta, he started his Bollywood career with the movie Kai Po Che and garnered a lot of love and appreciation. The actor was unstoppable after that and his performances in movies like MS Dhoni, Kedarnath, Sonchiriya, Chhichhore was unmissable.

Along with being a great actor Sushant was an ace dancer. He used to leave viewers awestruck with his dance performances in a dancing reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.

Popular dancer and actress Lauren Gottliebwho was a good friend of Sushant, is remembering the actor by re-visiting their previous chats from the year 2016. She wrote, “Today, I finally brought myself to look at my WhatsApp messages with Sushant over the years. I came across one conversation that broke my heart all over again, as it was filled with so much love, kindness, and true support for one another’s dreams! I felt a deep connection with Sushant as we were both “outsiders” and I looked up to him tremendously! I wanted to share this chat. We had to remind everyone to walk, talk, and treat EVERYONE with this great amount of LOVE and SUPPORT as HE shared!!! I’m seeing so much hate going around. I do not want to tell anyone how to grieve, my process this week looked pretty ugly, BUT I think one of the BEST ways to honor his legacy is to BE THE BRIGHT, BEAUTIFUL, LOVING LIGHT that he exuded each and every day. The world is a better place because of Sushant’s humble heart. Let’s keep sharing his magic and be kind to one another.”

Looking at their conversation one can only say how positive and motivating Sushant was. Take a look!
