Was Munmun Dutta aka Babita Ji from Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma a child singer?; the actress shares about it on social media

TMKOC's Babita Ji aka Munmun Dutta recently shared her childhood pictures and they relevealed some unknown facts about the popular actress.

MUMBAI: Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah's Babita JI, that is Munmun Dutta recently posted a few pictures from her childhood days. The images soon grabbed everyone's eyeballs as they revealed an unknown fact about the actress. as per reports from Indiatimes, in the photographs, young Munmun is seen playing the instrument harmonium and singing. The actress also shared a picture from one of her school functions.

In her post, she shared to the world that she used to perform in school, local events and also did a couple of gigs as a child singer for Kolkata Akashvani and Doordarshan. Later, she shifted of her hometown for higher studies and career. 

She penned down, "Little me singing (mic emoji) Found these 2 pictures of my childhood. First one from one of my birthday ...Second one performing during a Saraswati Pujo in a local school function ( Not my school ). I used to perform a lot in school or local events and did few gigs as a child singer in Kolkata Akashvani and Doordarshan before I moved out of my hometown for further studies and career .. Reminiscing those times."

Munmun is now a household name after playing the famous role of Babita Ji on the Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chasma. The actress has been part of the most famous sitcom for about 12 years now. She is really stylish in her personal life and is popular for her great fashion sense. She enjoys a huge fan following on social media and is quite active too. Munmun gives her fans regular updates about her life through her Instagram account and doesn't brush away from expressing her opinions. Munmun is an ardent animal lover and is known for taking care of stray animals on the sets of her show. She has two cats of her own as pets named Mao and Kuki.(via Indiatimes)
