MUMBAI: Star Plus’ much-loved serial Kasautii Zindagii Kay is about to witness the turning point of the narrative. The secrets will finally get revealed in front of Anurag and Prerna. 

Anurag and Prerna will face their last ‘Kasauti’ when Bajaj-Prerna and Anurag-Komolika will have a face-off. 

Komolika will take a knife and step forward to kill Prerna.
