MUMBAI: Festivals add joy and colors to life. Navratri is one amongst the most cherished times of the year. The festival brings a lot of delight as people gather to worship Goddess Durga along with dancing on the tunes of Garba. This year, when all of this seems impossible, actress Madirakshi Mundle who essays the role of Goddess Parvati in Vighnaharta Ganesh has come up with a unique to way celebrate Navratri.
All who know Madirakshi well, know how much she loves nature and thus, this year the actress has taken a pledge to plant 9 saplings for the 9 days of Navratri. “Nature is something that Gods and Goddesses have blessed us with and while we worship them, we should also pay due attention to the gifts bestowed upon us by them. This Navratri, I have taken a pledge to plant 9 plants for the 9 days of Navratri and contribute my part for mother nature.
Currently in the show, viewers can witness the track on Ganesha’s Ashtavinayak temples and its pilgrimage by Vishnu and Lakshmi.
