MUMBAI: The Narcotics Control Bureau is pulling out all stops in probing the nexus of the drug in Bollywood. Right from interrogating Rhea Chakraborty to Shraddha Kapoor, most of the Bollywood celebs have come under the scanner and the latest one under scrutiny is none other than actor Arjun Rampal.
On Friday, the actor was summoned by NCB after reviewing a link between Gabriella Demetriades' brother Agisilaos Demetriades and drugs.
Earlier, Gabriella was summoned and was interrogated for six hours after which she was called for a second round of interrogation.
Reportedly, Arjun Rampal, who had appeared before them last Friday was grilled for eight hours straight.
Now, the latest update confirms that the NCB officials have said that Arjun Rampal has asserted that he will cooperate and make himself present whenever it is needed.
NCB official Sameer Wankhede was quoted saying, "The investigation is open and he has promised to cooperate and will make himself present when needed in the case.''. He further added, "the investigation is open and we have six months to file the complaint and if needed he will be called by us.".

After Agisilaos Demetriades was arrested by NCB, an Australian national identified as Paul Bartel (who is linked to Arjun Rampal) has also been arrested by the NCB officials. Reports further claim Paul to be an architect by profession, who resides in Bandra.
Meanwhile, NCB earlier raided Arjun Rampal’s house on 9th November, amid which medicines falling under the NDPS Act were procured from therein. Hence, the Rock On actor was asked to present his medical papers, justifying the presence of the banned drug in his house.
