Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: MASSIVE UPDATE! Abhimanyu completes the surgery; will Akshara be able to sing again?

MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has become the longest-running show on TV right now. Abhimanyu and Akshara are winning hearts with their love.
