MUMBAI: Siddhant Chaturvedi will be seen playing one of the leading characters in the upcoming film Gehraiyaan. In a conversation, the actor speaks about his journey in Bollywood and also reacts to how the audience will take his character.

Well, I am living in a dream. I mean when I see back, there was the time when I used to give so many auditions for the shows and getting rejected from it. But those rejections helped me to work on my craft. In those days, I was like I want to work on my craft and better my skills. Because that time, Sushant Singh Rajput and Shahid Kapoor were doing such good roles, that made me think about what difference I can bring out in my acting. So, yes it's a dream come true for me. I feel like I am doing the parts which best suit me. I have been true to myself and I am glad that Industry has welcomed me. The way the industry has accepted me is amazing.
Siddhant on how the audience will receive his character
When I read the script I thought everyone will have their favorite characters. Shakun has directed this film so well that you can't walk out of this film thinking in one direction. You choose your own favorite character from this film. As well as I know about my character and believe I have done justice to my character. And I knew that it will grab a lot of eyeballs. Shakun has directed this film so well that he never passes a judgment he will never say that this is the moral of the film. He will always leave you to think about the film. The film is giving you a choice to think about who is right and who is wrong. I knew that will be romancing two beautiful ladies and I will have some romantic dialogues to say in the film.
